プラネタリアTOKYOにて、 ヨガ・瞑想・サウンドバスで心と身体を解放する ウェルネスパーティ「AWAKEME」が10ヶ月ぶりに開催します！

古い感情を手放し、新しい季節へ。

quiet the mind,and enter a state of deep restoration.
Following the total lunar eclipse on March 3,
and approaching the Spring Equinox on March 20,
this is a powerful seasonal turning point.Release old emotions.

Inside Flow Yoga：Satomi

2015年、某大手ホットヨガスタジオへ入社。約3,000名のインストラクターの中からトップインストラクターに選出され、2018年、2019年と二期にわたり第一線で活動。現在は、日本で数名のみが冠する「Inside Flow JUNIOR teacher」として、全国各地でワークショップやリトリートを開催している。「流派にこだわらず、今学びたいヨガを学ぶ」をモットーに、常に自身のプラクティスを深め続けている。音と動きが美しく共鳴する彼女のインサイドフローは、参加者を深い没入感へと導き、心身を解放する特別な体験として高い支持を得ている。
